At Panel Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the panels in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value panel shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
